Adobe CC dice que ya no tengo espacio pero no es verdad

Mi Creative Cloud dice qeu no tengo espacio pero eso no es cierto, aparte compre el paquete de 1TB y nome lo han activado.
Que puedo hacer, realmente me urge resolver esto

Do you have deleted files?

With the CC app, go to "View on Web":

and see "Deleted":

Hey Thanks!, but that´s not the solution, i already do that.
And kep telling me OUT OF STORAGE

I even take out my files from the folder and it´s not working. Keep saying the same thing
