Adobe CC does not show up in applications

This could be a Wacom tablet problem but...

I am trying to setup Radial Menu shortkey functions for my new Cintiq Companion 2. None of the Adobe CC Applications show up as they should and I can only open an application by going through Creative Cloud. They do not seem to be stored on my computer. Is this because I am essentially renting at $50.00/month? Would I have to buy to use this function?

Cloud programs are installed on your computer hard drive, they are not run from the Cloud
