Adobe cc installation requires a windows upgrade I already have

Dear community, 

 

Hope you can help! I have been trying to install Illustrator (trial) and it gives me error 190, also tells me that the latest version of Illustrator is not compatible but I fulfill all requirements as you can see below:

Windows 10 home

v1903

8,00 GB

64 bits

 

What could be the issue here? it seems that it starts downloading alright but always halfway through requires being reinitialized and it is impossible to make it work again!

Your system must be able to support Creative Cloud + Illustrator.  Pay close attention to supported graphics cards and other requirements.

    Hi there,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. You are absolutely correct about Error 190. It tells you that system requirements do not meet for the app to be installed. You may also check help article https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html for more information.

     

    I'd recommend installing all updates if available on the Windows and try again.
