Adobe CC is going to be a real problem if we keep getting errors like Error 2 (Which is a pain to fix!)

I did follow the instructions to uninstall and then reinstall, but if I  needed my LR to work on and wasn't able to connect to the internet, this would have been a MAJOR PAIN!  Adobe better make CC not do that anymore!!! Are you listening Adobe? Still hanging in with Aperture which doesn't quit on me...and hope something comes out soon that will be installed on my computer, so I don't have this problem...Cloud apps are a pain!
