I am running newest CC cloud client and everytime I open and adobe application from cloud it say "sign in required" on my Mac. I sign in successfull. Afterwards A "start trial" windows appear, that I can close

I have tried to remove the opm.db, after closing CC - but error still happens ?

What can be done to fix that problem ?

Rossoneris I would recommend that either the individual contact us directly or they provide the credentials for you to access support on their behalf.  You would be unable to test any steps necessary to resolve the issue without being able to login with an active membership.

Rossoneris the Adobe ID/e-mail address you posted to does not contain an active membership.  Please make sure to sign in using the Adobe ID tied to your membership.  If you are unsure which e-mail address/Adobe ID is tied to your membership then please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.

It is not my adobe ID - I am just reporting it on behalf of one CC user: I Can enter the ID, but will not enter it in a public forum. Just let me know where to do it
