Adobe CC keeps on crashing my computer while downloading apps

So last year I got Adobe CC and I installed photoshop. I tried to update Photoshop today and at around 50-75% my whole computer hangs, I get a BSOD for a split second, then my computer restarts. After I restarted I saw my photoshop disappeared and I really need it right now. I then uninstalled photoshop completely and tried again. Still the same thing, it hangs my entire computer and restarts. Any help?

UPDATE: I tried getting After Effects CC and it also didn't work. But the apps that download with AE (Character Animator and Media Encoder) they downloaded and installed flawlessly.
