Adobe CC: One Year Membership to Monthly

Hello,

I am curious about something.

Around a year ago, I decided to switch to monthly payments, instead of One Year Membership, but this was during the time that I already had the One Year bought.

Recently, I got a notification email saying my renewal for my one year will be coming shortly, so I am curious.

Will it automatically transfer into a monthly subscription, and show that on my account, or will it still ding me the 500+ for the yearly?

I suppose I wasn't thinking clearly at the time, but I am also curious, am I able to make a case with Adobe to be refunded (If I haven't already) for the time that I have paid monthly during the yearly? Or atleast receive some sort of credit (or free months?)

And yes, upon restrospec, I was an idiot...

Hi,

If you pay monthly, you will continue to be charged monthly because the migration from the annual to the monthly plan is considered as a new order that cancels the old contract .

If you changed the plan before the end of your first contract ,you should ask for a refund for the remaining months but if you changed during the last days ,no refund is needed .
