Correct answer DelphiZoa

I registered a MacBook and this PC.

Attached PC Specs:

HI M,

Just to double check, in your Adobe ID account under "Manage Plan", it only shows those two computers as activated, correct? Activation issues are the most common cause of the flashing, spinning-wheel screen on startup.

If the only devices listed in your account are the older MacBook and your new Windows 10 PC, you might try the solutions offered here: All Adobe programs crash at startup, Adobe screen flashing trying to load. Beyond that, I'm not sure how much help I'll be as I'm a Mac user and not all that familiar with the intricacies of Windows.

Hi Marcz,

Try signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in again. This will reset your account information and will hopefully allow your programs to open. For more info, see this help document: Adobe Creative Cloud applications close immediately after launch.

If that doesn't work, please reply to this discussion with any further details.

Hi again, M.

How many computers do you have logged into this subscription of Creative Cloud? If you have two already and are trying to open on a third, you may experience this issue due to having reached your activation limit. In that case, sign out of Creative Cloud on one of the other computers and try again. If you no longer have access to old computers logged into CC, you can deactivate from your account page: Creative Cloud "Activation limit reached" or "Sign-in failed" error

If this is the only computer signed into CC, can you give us some more information? For example, what operating system is on your PC?
