Adobe CC takes a lot of RAM at startup

Adobe CC apps take a huge amount of RAM at startup on my pretty powerful Mac Book Pro, even though I turned off the "Launch at Start Up option:,

I see things like:

Acrobat Reader Synchronizer

Adobe CEF Helper

Adobe Desktop Service etc.

Any idea on how to solve this?
