I'm on the individual photography plan, for some reason when there are updates, it get to a random percentage and crashes to the blue screen of death. not idea as to why this is, it can be for any of the associated apps  Photoshop, light room, camera raw of the main CC app. only way round this I have found is to uninstall and reinstall with the latest version, which is impractical every time there is an update

Thanks for the update, SpymanUK.  A wired connection may provide a more stable connection to allow the downloads to succeed successfully.

I still get BSOD  updating any of the apps on my photography package,  I always get a BSOD error, ether  service issue linked to netios.sys.

I can keep getting this, and sometimes I can try again a few weeks later and it installs ?    sometimes  occurs on windows updates

I have made sure all the drivers, bios etc are up to date....

It looks like the type of connection doesn't make a difference

SpymanUK, I am sorry that Windows 10 Professional is continuing to crash when you attempt to install Adobe Creative Cloud updates.  Do you ever receive any specific error messages from the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or does Windows 10 become completely unresponsive?

What steps have you taken since April to increase the stability of the computer, SpymanUK?  Have you backed up any critical files and reinstalled Windows 10 Professional yet?

    Hi SpymanUK,

Sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused to you, as you have mentioned that you encountered BSOD while updating Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. Could you please share the OS version and the BSOD error code? It would help us to understand the main cause of that crash. I would also like to know if there are any troubleshooting steps that you have tried to troubleshoot it.

    Thanks,

I'm using win10 home ed 64bit,  I had this on my old pc(win10 pro 64bit ) and my new alien ware pc,  for the moment I think I may have figured what the caused was, but not why. I turned off my wifi, as I prefer a wired connection.  thought the control panel. this seems to have worked, will not know for sure until the next update, it also seems to fixed issue with major windows update too.

Its a bit strange as  I never get this update issue on my surface pro 4 , updates ok first time.

it maybe an option if we could download the update and install it manually, I have checked the download section but it only seems to be updates that are a lot older
