Adobe CC want to sign on when off line

Adobe CC is supposed to operate when remote and off line, but every time I take my laptop away now adobe cc wants me to sign in or it refuses to work. It didn't do this until recently. So if I cannot hook up to my phone's hotspot I cannot use Adobe CC....
This is not good enough. It should stay signed in and simply work if I am away from internet access....
Does anyone know how this is fixed please?
