Adobe CC won't download program's
The CC will not download any of the programs. It says It's downloading, instantly goes to 99% complete. it then says its downloaded and then tells me it is not downloaded. Please help.

I'm having the same problem. Its not saying that it is "failing to install" but actually says "You installed Photoshop cc 2017" and then disappears from the "installed" and goes back into "find additional apps" and the button next to it says "install" again.
Lightroom worked just fine for me, it is just photoshop that is acting up.
And I am downloading on mac
