Adobe CEP HTML Engine on Windows 7

We used to use the Creative Suite but were forced down the Creative Cloud route, what a nightmare.

Since switching to CC, everything takes 3-4 times longer to actually open and then do anything in any of the applications, so thanks for that.

One of the biggest issues is this stupid Adobe CEP HTML Engine issue. Any time you open a CC app, we get 4-8 of these running as separate processes and it kills all the PC's, CPU usage spikes and it all falls apart.

So, how do we "fix" all the extra processes from running?

We don't need collaboration also, so how do we completely disable this part of CC so that resources aren't completely used up by CC every time a program is opened?

CC and apps are all up to date, we've tried various "fixes" suggested here, so what's the answer Adobe? When will this get fixed?

Hope you can help,

I followed above mentioned link and I still have 9 CEPHTMLEngine.exe open when I have only photoshop open with no file.

This plus desktop service.exe, spaces helper.exe, creative cloud exe. etc it is tasking my computer.

Is there any other fix I can try?  Thank you in advanced
