i called your customer service line and received no help. I cancelled my trial of inDesign and I have been charged for four months. I contacted my credit card company and they said I needed to contact you. I did contact Adobe only to be told that they would not credit my account. I never used the program but once on the first day of the trial period and it just wasn't for me. I cancelled it yet my credit card has been charged for four months. You really shouldn't be charging a customers card after they have cancelled a trial period. I didn't sign up for a monthly membership for inDesign. aomeone ease help me.

these are user-to-user forums.  you'll need to communicate with adobe support.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
