Adobe closing Draw and changing to Fresco resulted in my files being lost

I opened Adobe Draw this evening to do some work and saw the notification that it is no longer operating and for me to download Fresco, where all my files will reappear.

 

I downloaded fresco and opened it to see that numerous files of mine have actually disappeared. These files represent weeks and months of my work.

 

I can't find a way to connect directory with someone at Adobe for help.

 

Can someone please advise?
