Adobe cloud

I have and HP laptop computer M7 U109 DX  , recently upgraded the ram memory from 16 to 32 but is very slow . 

the cloud takes a long time to load the programs and never mind rendering , 

 

please help

    Programs are not run from the cloud, they are installed on and run from your local hard drive or SSD
