Adobe Cloud and Programs in wrong language

I would like to have all my adobe applications in English. The setting is to download in English. But my applications download in Polish or even Spanish, while this is not what I expect. I did try to repeat the process of downloading- but again, it downloaded in a language I seldom use. I did uninstall and install again several times. Please help me, or tell me to whom I can complain, I cannot work in a foreign language
