ADOBE CLOUD CRASHED MY BROWSERS AND PROGRAMS

Hello,

Adobe creative cloud crashed my computer.  I have a Dell running Windows 8.

Every program would engage and disengage in an infinite loop.  When I refreshed windows and then reinstalled to creative cloud it started doing it again. For example, I would load a browser, like Google Chrome, and it would start "blinking."  It seemed like an infinite loop.  It did this on every tab.

I uninstalled the creative cloud and the problem was fixed.  I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat DC and that works and is not part of the problem.  I am glad I am able to still use Adobe DC; because I lean on it for scans and saving documents.

I am afraid to re-install the creative cloud.  Hopefully, the creative crew at Adobe can fix the issue.  Good luck.

Sincerely,

AM.

Adobe dropped support for Win 8, 8.1 and earlier versions of Win 10.

It's time for an upgrade to Win10 with latest updates.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.
