Adobe Cloud - Files aren't syncing.

I'm experiencing an issue where files aren't uploading. As an example a 30MB file has been attempting to upload for a week now without success. It is tagged with the blue duel-arrow transfer icon and stays that way.

I've attempted restarting computer, logging out and back in to Adobe CC, re-saving the files, repackaging the files, re-zipping the files, renaming the files, and re-uploading the files to multiple locations in Adobe Cloud without success. Upload and Download settings are set to Maximum as well.

The storage is at 96% capacity at the moment so I know there is space available.

Any ideas?

Have you checked your archive folder to see if there are deleted files hanging out there taking up space?

You didn't state which plan you are on so your storage at 96% doesn't mean much.

Also you may want to make sure your internet settings are not blocking via firewall or antivirus settings.

My archive folder has a few items, not many, and they're now cleared.

I'm on the "Adobe for Teams" plan that allows for 100GB.

And my firewall is not blocking.

Is it only this particular file that you cannot sync or anything that you attempt?

I know you said you zipped, etc. but just checking - try placing a smaller single file and see what happens.

If it does not sync at all - you may want to double check with your IT about firewall ports and make sure they didn't change anything on you.

After that Adobe hopefully will chime in on this thread and ask you to pull logs using the Log Collector Tool:
