Adobe Cloud Installation stoppt bei 40 Prozent

Hallo!

Ich weiß langsam nicht mehr was ich noch machen soll. Ich versuche seit Wochen die Adobe Cloud zu installieren, aber der Installationsvorgang stoppt immer bei 32 oder 42 Prozent, egal was ich mache. Applikationen direkt downloaden funktioniert auch nicht. Hab auch schon alles mögliche an Vorschlägen hier im Forum probiert und nichts hilft. Kann mir bitte bitte jemande helfen?
