Adobe Cloud Packager cache location reverts OSx

Every time i try and change the Cache location it reverts to a location that i do not want it at(network share).

If i set the location then quit and enter the program it has reverted. If i set the location then i click create package then go back it reverts. If i set the location and run through the create package it uses the original location.

I have tried to remove the program and reinstall it however it is still storing settings somewhere. If possible can i just get the location of these settings on OSx so i can manually delete them and hopefully use a default location.

My adobe application manager version is 10.0.0.49

I found if you uninstall everything adobe, delete /Library/Application Support/Adobe and /Users/(yourusername)/Library/Application Support/Adobe folders it wipes all your stored data.
