Adobe Cloud Storage full even though I don't have any file stored

Hello,

It says I reached the 20gb stroage limit even though I don't have anything stored in my Adobe Cloud. I checked directly throught the web version and all folders are empty, even the deleted files folder. Both my Photoshop and Lightroom apps are also empty. What can I do?
