Adobe Color Printer Utility

I have downloaded the Adobe Color Printer Utility (ACPU) on my desktop  and trying to install the exe file takes me to my 'C'  drive. I should be seeing the install  menu for the ACPU. Could someone please let me know where I am going wrong.  I need the ACPU to produce an ICC Profile for my printer to ensure accurate colour reproduction via Photoshop. Thanks

According to what I read, it doesn’t have an installer. You just unzip it and put it where you want it. I also don’t see anything about it making an ICC profile. Can you link to the instructions you are following, please?

Thanks for you response - as you say, I think ACPU file does not have an exe. file, however I contacted the company I bought the photo paper from (Perma Jet)  who have supplied a Tiff Patch file for me to print off on their paper. I can send them this  and they can then send me an ICC Profile for their photo paper for me to add to Photoshop for accurate printing color reproduction.
