Adobe converted my CS3 Master Collection to a trial

What is going on? I don't want CLOUD software. I have a slow connection. I had CS3 Master Collection for years and it worked fine. UNTIL NOW. Now I get a message that the trial period has expired and I need to purchase and activate the suite. WTF????? Adobe did the same thing with my Photoshop CS5. This is not right. There is no way to get a person to talk to - everything is "visit the forums." Yes. Adobe. Spend some more of my time when I should be working - you've already taken a lot of money out of my pocket and now I can't even do my work. What is wrong with you?

Jusy enter your serial number again and activate it.  Not a big deal is it?

You might have deactivated the product by mistake.  It happens especially when you are 24/7 online even on a slow connection.
