Adobe Create Suite 4 Design Premium - Can not receive a serial number after entering a coupon code.

Question

I purchased this Adobe Creative Suit 4 Design Premium 5 or 6 years ago when I was exploring Photoshop as a student at a local community college.  Never installed the software because I had a professional darkroom and was comfortable with my tools associated with large format fine art B&W photography.  I have retired and have moved into a smaller home with no space to build a darkroom.  The new full frame cameras produce now produce results equal to my 4x5 camera and I am now ready to fully embrace digital photography.  The software that I purchased has been unused and just opened up to day.  I need to take a new class on Photoshop available here in Davis Community Adult Education because I need to refresh the skills previously learned.  I would like to not purchase new software as I begin this class.  Is there still away to activate this software or did I loss this opportunity by delaying the purchase graphic computer?

If this is something you acquired as a student thru the school then it might be a case of the coupon no longer being valid. In any case, no one here is going to be able to help you resolve this and Adobe Support might deny any help due to the product no longer being supported. You can try contacting them and see if they will help...
