I paid $ 1000 to buy the Adobe collection but it is still for testing and some programs have ended the trial period and are not working

You can't buy the Adobe creative suite anymore (I suppose you bought that one on-line from a probably fraudulent reseller). Creative cloud is subscription only and does not cost 1000$/year.

I strongly suggest you contact your credit card company for a refund.
