Adobe creative cloud 2020 Dynamic link problem

Since the new update i am having issues - I am trying "Replace with AE composition" in Premiere and it doesn't work.Premiere prompts as i don't have AE installed on my computer.

I uninstalled all adobe apps and re-installed them (5 times already) and nothing seems to work.

VERY unsatisfied with Adobe since i have a project that needs to be finished and i am wasting my time trying to figure this out.
