Adobe creative cloud

Question

Hi there , I am trying to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud but it gives me a error and does not tell me what it is so that I can handle it, I am runing Wind 8.1 , in the begining was all ok but then the "cloud" disapeared from my computer???? I try to download it but it keeps giving me the big finger , any brilliant idea?

Phoenix's Art what specific error message are you receiving? Also which operating system are you using? Finally what steps have you tried to resolve your current difficulties?
