Adobe Creative Cloud

I deinstalled Adobe Pro XI and Adobe Acrobat as there where always login issues by printing excel to pdf.

 

My Creative Cloud Desktop shows  "Acrobat".

But I have an Abo for "Acrobat Pro".

Nowhere it is shown if it´s Pro or not.

 

When I login online to my account, I find any download-button (nowhere).

Instead it shows me many many things I do not want to see.

 

Well, dear Adobe, same like others, you try to make it worse and more complicated for your users. From year to year and from update to update.

Hope there will be a good alternative to you in the future so you will try harder again to satisfy your users.

open whatever is installed, click help > about acrobat.

 

copy a screenshot of that and paste it into a reply here.

 

do the same with a screen shot of what's in in the cc desktop app when click acrobat's 3 dots > view product details> version
