Adobe Creative Cloud

I´ve just format my pc, and i Install the new creative cloud app. Right now i wnat do download Premiere Pro CC 2017, as previously but i can´t!

I need the older software because it works better on my pc than the 2019

I would recommend upgrading the computer to meet the system requirements listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html. Only by using a computer that meets these system requirements will you then be able to take full advantage of the applications and services that are included with your membership.
