Wanted to find out why the Adobe Creative Cloud running slow, then will pop up message stating "program install is taking a bit longer than usual, we are resoving this issue" will continue very slow to finish the install.

Are you getting this error message when you are installing Adobe Creative Cloud app or any other CC apps?
