Adobe Creative Cloud Double Charging

Just discovered Adobe has been charging me twice for over a year and I can't seem to get any answers how this happened over the phone. I signed up for a single account and have no idea how two different charges would be able to come out of my account without consent. Absolutely crazy.

It appears that you have 2 subscriptions under 2 different Adobe IDs.  I see you have contacted our support team who will assist further with this issue.
