ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD error 183

hi I have a problem with updating how can I solve it?

I have Win10 and use PS and Lr.

Adobe support says it may be a connection problem but I'm not sure I think it's a bug.

You'll never get it fixed. I have had an error for over 6 months now. Nothing works and no Adobe reps ever bother trying to help.
