Deepthic90521168 Error 145 indicates the file already exists and is unable be overwritten.  You can find the exact details by reviewing the install log.  For additional details see Creative Cloud download and install errors .  If you have any questions you are welcome to update this discussion.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi Team,

Greetings!

Thanks For your response.

As suggested, uninstalled the CC applications, restarted the machine and tried installing the application but it is still failing.

Please find the specifications followed while installing the Adobe cloud complete applications:

Tried installing with Administrator credentials on Windows 10 Anniversary update operating system having 150 GB hard disk(assigned to C Drive), 4 GB RAM and 2 CPU's which is suggested by Adobe site.

While installation in-progress, it halts below error log file and rollback whatever was installed till then .

The application error log file as specifies below:

"#@#Adobe Muse CC 2015 | |DF037 ,C:\Program files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\PCF, Error 145 The directory is not empty. , | | DF037,C:\Program Files\Adobe, Error  145 The directory is not empty. ,

Could you please help out in resolving the issue.

did you use the cleaner tool?

if so, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
