Adobe Creative Cloud installation problem

Hello,

I am a university student and I need the adobe creative cloud for my studies. But unfortunately

the installation on my pc (windows) does not work.

I downloaded the set-up-exe. and opened it. Then i was navigated to my browser to confirm my identity and it said that I am enrolled and I should go back where I stopped with the installation. BUT the set-up-exe window was still refering me to the browser. So i was not abel to continue with the installation.

I tryed it on my sisters pc (with the same Adobe ID) and it worked. But not on mine. So maybe it has someting to do with my Pc. I already tryed the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner tool, but it did't help.

Does anyone know this problem?

I am asking for urgent help in this regard
