Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud

Every time I attempt to launch Creative Cloud I get stuck on a loading screen until eventually I am greeted with a message saying that,

"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve the issue, please click repair to fix the issue, if the problem persists, download ad install a new copy from 'https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app "

I've tried to click repair and install a new copy however the problem has persisted.

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

I haven't received any new errors, just the same one.

Ok, Loovoo, then please contact our support team at Contact Customer Care so that direct support can be provided to resolve the current errors.

I have a similar issues on multiple systems, though the error comes intermittently (several times daily though).
"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve the issue" and then crash.

Did you find a resolution?

I already tried using the CC cleaner as well as running it with administrator permissions, and the problem still persists.

Loovoo, sorry the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application continues to be damaged on the current computer.  While I realize you ran the CC Cleaner tool, per John's suggestion in post #1.  Were you also able to locate and rename the OOBE folder or did you receive an error message when you attempted to rename it?

If you have successfully located the OOBE folder then did you receive any new errors after creating a new local administrator account?
