" Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged"

When I turned on my computer, Adobe creative cloud popped up a message

" Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged."

What I had tried :

1. Delete everything on "C:\Users\Users_name\AppData\Local\Temp" (FAILED)

2. Rename Adobe Desktop Common folder to ADC (FAILED)

3. Delete Adobe Desktop Common folder (FAILED)

4. Uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall (FAILED)

5. Uninstall Creative Cloud and all CC (2017) products. Then install Creative Cloud again. (FAILED)

6. Use "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool" to clean everything (FAILED)

*After every step above, I did restart my PC once.

I am using Windows 10 Pro.

This problem affected me so much because I wanted Lightroom for my daily work.

Anyone have a fix?

Any answers? Exact same issue repeatedly as I keep downloading latest version of Cloud App, and then the same popup window will appear "missing or damaged"

I'm on a Mac - latest everything.

PLEASE @SheenaKaul or other staffer don't just "moving this to Creative Cloud Download & Install" without providing an actual link to an answer. I clicked on that and it's the home page which is how I ended up here in the first place.

Anyone else? Much appreciated...
