Adobe creative cloud not finding updates

Question

hey there, no go sorry -  I have reinstalled CC app many many times. (today even) I had not checked for those files before. They were not present on my system. I had a few problems with photoshop this morning so i uninstalled it, cleaned it with the cleaner tool and am just waiting for the 2gb or whatever it is (CC doesnt have any file sizes discriptions) to download / install after a few failed tried (thats alot of gbs)  to see if it updates. Then i guess i would have to do it with all of my programs hoping it updates in future? Any other ideas?

photoshop has downloaded kinda, CC app says it stills need to update and fails it - still not in my list of programs yet (i have tried the install 6 times today) photoshop says its the right version but can't see the place embed etc - it throws about 3 - 4 windows when loading "fastcore toutines cannot load because it doesnt work in this version of photoshop" "MMXcore Routines module could not load..."Multiprocessor support module cannot load..." Help?! I am supposed to be working today |: |

win 8.1 64 bit
plug in for photoshop = Suitcase Fusion (tunred off and on no difference)

I also tried checking adobe extnsion manager cc but that wouldnt let me turn off or on anything throwing errors
