adobe creative cloud not opening

I had to reset my computer and when the setup was complete, I went to install my applications again, I tried opening photo shop and it wasnt working, so I went to lauch my creative cloud app and it wont open.  I have uninstalled it and redownloaded it but the creative cloud still wont oepn, its just a blank screen.

Which operating system do you use?

Do you get an error message?
