Adobe Creative Cloud not responding or installing

I have been using After Effects CC for the last month, from yesterday the application just won't launch, I tried everything, the Creative cloud just won't reinstall, it goes up to 40% and then gives an error message.

(Error Code: 205)

"There seems to be a problem with the Downloaded files. For Troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page."

I have installed After effects separately, but need to get other apps and features.

I see there are a lot of people complaining about similar problems.

How do we fix this?

The OS was windows 10, and in fact, I reinstalled even the OS today to see if there were some bugs we are facing.

There seems to be a problem with the Creative cloud online installer,

Will try the offline installer

Windows or Mac?

Wired Ethernet Internet connection or you are using Wifi / Wireless Broad band?

It is very important to fix this issue in order to avoid connectivity issue in future, anyhow if all attempts for the fix  fail, try offline installer:
