Adobe Creative Cloud Plan and Subscription Activation Issue
I recently purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock monthly subscription on the 4th Jan 2020, but have not been able to install a full version (non-trial). I'm a University student and took advantage of the discount.
Initially my Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock plan appeared in my Adobe account, but then after a week it disappeared. I have an invoice to show proof of payment.
I've tried multiple times to uninstall the Creative Cloud app and the Adobe apps I installed in trial mode, but I can never install a fully licensed version.
Please help!! I need to get this working as quickly as possible for University and so far have wasted my time and money. I would normally solve this sort of problem by speaking to the company on the phone, but Adobe doesn't seem to publish a support phone number.... very weird for such a large and established company. Feeling very lost...
