Adobe Creative Cloud preventing Windows 7 machines from restarting

Howdy,

Since Friday, 2/7/20 we've had a few dozen Windows 7 users with Adobe Creative Cloud being unable to restart their machines.

What we have found is that disabling the following services:

Adobe Acrobat Service

Adobe Genuine Monitor Service

Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service

Will allows for the computer to restart as a workaround.

We have found other postings of the same issues:

I have not seen any official statement from Adobe in regards to this. Is Adobe aware of these issues and if so what is being done to resolve them?

Thank-Y'all
