Adobe creative cloud refuse to download apps, it hangs

I have this very frustrating issue, I am a first time creative cloud user. I tried countless times to download the apps but it gets stuck at 44% and sometimes around 79% and I am not sure why we are forced to download through this app. There's not a pause button, each time that it freezes I have to start from the very beginning.

I booted on safe mode, no luck, I tried the Adobe remover tool and still nothing. I'm losing hope and it's not a fun experience, especially with that Canadian price tag it ain't cheap.

It just suddenly worked, not sure what I did. I tried to get them through Firefox instead of directly through Creative Cloud's app. Thanks for the help.

  • Which operating system?
  • Do you have a computer user profile with Administrative level permissions?
  • Have you tried turning off anti-virus and firewall?
