Adobe Creative Cloud Rollback block?

Hello dear friends,
I was excited to install the latest version of Premiere Pro today, but I didn't want to lose my current version.
However, I found that in the latest Creative Cloud version, there is no option at all to downgrade Premiere Pro to a version prior to 14.9?
Is there a statement or a workaround for this?

Only the current version and one previous version will be available for download.

You cannot downgrade more than one version. Be very sure to keep your old versions (be sure to choose the option to do that) - and any installers if you have them, or the old versions may be lost to you forever.

Hey yes I know,
I do not delete old versions (Currently on 14.3.2),
however until a day ago I could freely switch between a number of old versions.
I haven't upgraded to version 15.0 yet and still can't go further down than 14.9.

Is there a way to keep the variety or is a free downgrade no longer possible since the latest version?
