Adobe Creative Cloud space

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the storage of Creative Cloud. In the app it says that the storage is used by 100%, however I'm using only 1.7GB of the 2GB available.

Plus, I decided to delete some files and I was able to reduce from 1.7GB to 1.2GB but the storage didn't updated and still says that is 100%.

I've already Sync the Creative Cloud but still doesn't updates.

I found out what happened and I'll leave here the solution in case anyone else is having the same issue.

Deleting the files from the "Creative Cloud Files" folder on your computer or from the Cloud isn't enough.

I found this article with the answer.

You must go to the Creative Cloud page and on the left there's a section called "Deleted".

You must enter that section and there, are all the files that were deleted from the Cloud or folder and you have to delete them again.
