Adobe Creative Cloud still has old Windows 10 admin account/PIN

I recently got an old laptop from my ex-wife, and removed all of her accounts, and setup my main Windows account on it.  But when I try and install Adobe Creative Cloud, it is asking for her PIN or username/password.  I cannot get it to use my Windows PIN or UN/PW.

 

I am totally stuck not being able to intall anything, help!

BEBphotos, what process did you use to remove the old accounts from the old laptop? For example, did you create a new administrator account, or are you using one of the User accounts previously made on the computer?

Used an existing account on the computer which has administrator privileges. Should I try to create a new administrator account?

If you are encountering login issues, then yes, please try creating a new Administrator account. However, if you continue to experience difficulties, then you may want to consider resetting the laptop and starting with a fresh installation of Windows 10.
