ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD STUCK AT 1% installing UPDATING

Question

What is the fix to this? This updating being stuck at 1% issue seems to have been a problem in the past for other users besides myself. Its now March of 2020. I am Running Mac OSX 10.14.6.

This is a rediculous problem to have continue to reacur in these current times of software engineering and programing.
