Adobe Creative Cloud thinks I am a different PC suddenly

Adobe seems to think I am different PC today. I installed a new NVMe drive earlier today. Could that be the problem? I don't know what "Admin-PC" is and "Felix-PC" is the PC I'm working currently.

yes, changing hard drive will change what adobe recognizes as your computer.

sign out from the two computers listed (from your account page, https://accounts.adobe.com) and then sign-in using the cc desktop app on your computer with the new hard drive.
