Adobe Creative Cloud will not let me uninstall or install a new version

Creative Cloud is refusing to uninstall when i go into "uninstall programs" under the excuse that there is "still applications on this computer that require adobe creative cloud" when there most definitely is not as I only have the program (Adobe Photoshop CS6) installed and I had this prior to CC (and last time I uninstalled CC I had this program and CC did not use the programs requiring it excuse) I just want to uninstall and reinstall as I am trying to use the after effects trial but it states after effects is installed and will not let me install it, also since attempting to uninstall CC it will no longer let me use it whatsoever stating that it is missing files 😕😕 Please help as i require access to this urgently.

Hi Mocha

Please rename ffc to ffc_old from the below mentioned location and try to uninstall Creative Cloud

-Win: %ProgramData%\Adobe\OOBE\ffc

-Mac: /Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc

Then try to install Creative Cloud.

See if this helps.

Thanks
