Adobe creative cloud won't let me install photoshop on my macbook pro

I recently uninstalled photoshop and now I'm trying to reinstall  it on my macbook pro 13" retina display. When I hit download this message pops up,

"You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms."

I checked my computer settings and it meets all of the requirements.  My computer has illustrator and inDesign installed. I tried installing other apps but no adobe apps will download on my mac. How can I fix this problem?

Correct answer John Waller

Which version of the OS X operating system are you running exactly?

Find the macOS version number on your Mac - Apple Support

Photoshop requires at least OS X 10.10.

It says OS X 9.7.5

Is there a way to update it?
